What we collect
Contact and lead forms: the name, email address, company, area of interest and any message you choose to provide.
Lead simulator: the answers you select and the email address you submit at the end.
Technical data: IP address and browser user-agent, captured with each submission to prevent abuse, plus privacy-friendly, aggregated usage statistics (see our Cookie Policy).
Why we use it and the legal basis
To respond to your enquiry and pursue a possible business relationship — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest in serving B2B prospects.
To secure the service against spam and abuse (honeypot, rate limiting, IP blocking) — legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site.
To measure aggregate site usage — legal basis: your consent, requested via the cookie banner.
Retention
Lead and contact submissions are kept only as long as needed to follow up and to meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
IP addresses recorded for abuse prevention are retained for a short, limited period and then removed automatically.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf (e.g. hosting and email delivery) under appropriate data-processing terms.
Analytics are self-hosted and privacy-friendly; no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability where applicable.
